Telephone Communications Inc (TCI) has an opening for a Part-Time Customer Service position. TCI is the leading low-voltage general contractor and IT services firm in Eastern Alabama. TCI is located in Anniston, AL and services a 60 mile radius around the Greater Calhoun, Etowah, Talladega, and St. Clair Counties Area. The position of Part-Time Customer Service is to be filled by a person who is honest, hard-working, team-oriented, and looking for employment longevity. Communicate with customers to create and schedule service orders.
Maintains, updates, and tracks customer account and service order information in customer databases.
Resolves service order scheduling, time log, and parts entry problems by investigating data and history.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes department and organizational mission by completing related duties as needed.
2 years experience in customer sales and/or service related environment preferred.
Dependable and pay attention to detail.
Data entry and Microsoft Office skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and distribute information and develop appropriate recommendations on a timely basis.
Ability to work independently and as a team to solve problems concisely and efficiently.
Self-dependent and self-developmental.
Strong ability to communicate, verbally and written, with technical and non-technical individuals.
Pay packages include a hourly pay rate based upon experience with regularly scheduled performance reviews, and a team-oriented work environment that gives you the opportunity to make a difference every day.
